We need to be reminded that we are blessed. Every day we wake up is a blessing. Yet daily, what is our attitude toward this blessing? The joys come easy; the hardships and trials do not. Yet each moment of our lives is a gift. They are a gift from God to work for our salvation. To grow in love for Him. Yet we are often discouraged. We do not appreciate that each day, we get to grow in holiness. We get to be the people He created us for. We get the glorious gift of life.
