What happens when God speaks?
The Catholic Faith is not founded on human opinion, private interpretation, or religious feeling. It begins with Divine Revelation: God freely making Himself and the truths necessary for salvation known to mankind.
Through reason, man can know that God exists. But mysteries such as the Holy Trinity, the Incarnation, grace, Redemption, and eternal life could never have been discovered by reason alone. They had to be revealed by God.
📖 God spoke through the prophets, and Divine Revelation reached its fullness in Jesus Christ, the Eternal Word made flesh. In Christ, God did not merely send another message. He came among us.
⛪️ This Revelation has been faithfully handed down through Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition and entrusted to the Catholic Church to preserve, guard, and teach without corruption.
When God speaks, man’s first duty is faith.
