They believe that the Catholic Church hasn’t changed its teaching, as they wish to maintain a form of the patriarchy. They also make the bold prediction that one day the Catholic Church will have a female Pope.
Mother Miriam charitably responds by once again stating that women cannot become priests. She likens women who are “ordained” to people putting on a Halloween costume. They lack the faculties to be priests and cannot validly celebrate Mass or administer the sacraments.
